Elms Court Village is a long standing boutique facility with serviced apartments and a rest home. Our village enjoys a peaceful residential location in Upper Riccarton and the convenience of two nearby shopping malls - Westfield Riccarton and Bush Inn.

Elms Court Village offers 25 modern serviced apartments and studio units with a choice of layouts and settings. Each units comes with a seperate ensuite and includes a kitchenette, under floor heating, fridge, microwave and fire protection systems. A range of care packages are available for residents and all include daily meals, full laundry service and weekly cleaning. The level of personal care received is dependent upon your own personal requirements and will be tailored individually. In addition, Elms Court Village houses a 52 bed rest home and hospital which is both warm and welcoming.

Our small size means residents get to know each other quickly and are able to enjoy our living environment, consisting of four comfortable lounges, two dining rooms and three courtyards. There is also an in-house shop and library, and a hairdresser available for appointments. Our qualified diversional therapists are tasked with putting together a monthly activities program which is varied to suit a range of interests. Common activities include daily exercises, van outings, shopping trips, organised entertainers, crafts and games.
