Coromandel Lifestyle Village is a new retirement village coming soon to Coromandel Town. The village will be full of charm and character as it’s being developed at the former mine manager’s house at 1737 Rings Road, a quaint heritage property built in 1895.

Once renovations are complete, the village will be home to 14 villa cottages, with one and two bedroom layouts available. Some villa cottages will be renovated properties and others will be brand new. All cottages will be well-equipped with a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and heat pump. All cottages will also have a car port.

Life at Coromandel Lifestyle Village promises to be peaceful and welcoming. Indoor spaces include a sitting room, library, games room, village function kitchen and dining area, and ball room. Outside, the hobbies shed and veggie boxes will delight those who love to keep busy, while the landscaped gardens will be a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
