The village offers a range of accommodation, including independent secure living in one of the 47 villas, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. There are also two apartment blocks which are managed and serviced by the rest home. Apartment living allows residents to maintain a level of independence while having access to additional care services such as cleaning & laundry, meals and an on-duty nurse 24 hours.
If needs should change over time, residents have peace of mind knowing that Maida Vale also has both a rest home and hospital which offers both long & short term, convalescence, respite and day care.

These villas come in one, two & three bedroom options ranging in size from 95m2 to 124m2. All homes are furnished with drapes, carpet & light fittings and many are positioned to enjoy breath-taking views.
Apartments
These one bedroom Apartments come in a range of sizes from 40m2 to 42m2. All Apartments are furnished with drapes, carpets, light fittings, built in wardrobe and thermostat controlled heating system.
Serviced Apartments
These one bedroom Serviced Apartments are thoughtfully designed to offer a smooth transition from you home. Furnished with drapes, carpets, light fittings, built in wardrobe and thermostat controlled heating system.
