Ascot Retirement Village is located in the Invercargill suburb of Glengarry. The village is close to several parks, as well as shops, cafes and sporting facilities.
At Ascot Village, we’ve built the ideal sized community – small enough to make friends easily, but not at the expense of your privacy. Our boutique-style village consists of 62 one and two bedroom villas, some with separate studies. These modern new-build houses are designed to enable independent living, with well-planned kitchens, open plan living areas and en-suite bathrooms. Residents have the option of additional services, including hairdressing, meals and laundry. For your peace of mind, each villa is fitted with a 24-hour emergency alarm system, and there are regular security patrols around the village. Ascot Care Home is also located next door providing rest home, hospital and dementia care, should your needs change.
