There are a range of villas and serviced apartments available. Villas are architecturally designed and come in two and three bedroom options. All villas include a garage, ensuite bathroom, guest toilet, heatpump, and quality fittings and furnishings. Serviced apartments are one or two bedrooms, and feature a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and a terrace off the lounge. Serviced apartments enjoy unit-wide underfloor heating, while villas have underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.
Observatory Village encourages freedom. Residents can choose to live as independently as they wish, or to make the most of support available. Registered nurses are onsite 24/7 and professional help around the home and with personal care is on-hand. There is a Community Centre at the heart of the village, which includes a coffee hub, library, games area, cinema room, gym, hobby shed, chapel, and several comfortable lounges.
