Our two bedroom Oamaru stone villas come in two L-shaped floor plans, both with outdoor areas, luxury bathrooms and internally accessed garages. The light and airy apartments have one and two bedrooms, modern appliances and an allocated parking space. Wanaka Retirement Village is known for its stylish, eco-friendly architecture, with buildings for very comfortable living in all four seasons. For residents, that means comfortable temperatures all year round, at reasonable energy costs.
