Aspiring Village is located on Golf Course road in Wanaka, with stunning views of the Southern Alps - a fantastic location in a very special community. We offer resort-style living with superb facilities and modern 2 and 3 bedroom villas and architecturally designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxuriously appointed apartments. We have recently added 1 and 2 bedroom assisted living apartments to our village offering.

Aspiring Village management has a focus on hospitality and making life as easy as possible for our residents – we take care of your gardens, lawns and exterior maintenance – freeing up your time to focus on more leisurely activities.

The vast majority of our residents live independent lives. If need requirements change, our Village team will work with you and your family to provide you with care and support in your home, or possibly a transfer to an assisted living apartment and all Aspiring residents have priority access (if beds are available) to Aspiring Care which offers rest home and dementia care.
