The Palms Lifestyle Village is set on 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Located on Reed Street in Tikipunga, we are only a short walk from the local shopping complex which includes a medical centre, pharmacy, and supermarket, which allows our residents to retain their independence even without a vehicle!
Our village boasts both villas and apartments, depending on your needs. The village has a gated entrance with security cameras and is patrolled through the night.
Our two- and three-bedroom independent living villas feature generous storage, garaging with internal access, heat pumps and open plan living areas. All our homes are fitted with a Medical Alarm, meaning help is available at the push of a button.
Our brand new one-bedroom apartments will be sold both independently and serviced. Services are optional. Each apartment has a modern, architectural design and are fitted with high-quality appliances and finishings. The space is warm and comfortable, and ready to be made your own!
Our apartments allow you to live easier, with service options including housekeeping and a chef-prepared meal daily. Located in the heart of our village, on a wing off the Community Centre, allows you to enjoy everything our village is about with the ease of only a few steps. Enjoy the comfort of your own home with the peace of mind that your neighbour is just down the hallway.
The Palms Lifestyle Village offers a strong village community which will ensure you stay social and active. Popular activities include movie days, outdoor bowls, petanque and games afternoons.
