Summerset by the Dunes offers a range of modern living options, including two and three-bedroom villas and cottages, one-bedroom serviced apartments, and care rooms in our care centre. We also have one-bedroom apartments in our state-of-the-art memory care centre, specially designed for those living with dementia.
All villas and cottages are single-storey homes with private outdoor living. Serviced apartments come with a spacious double bedroom, ensuite, and separate living area. Care rooms are available in standard, premium or deluxe layouts.
There is a variety of facilities for residents to enjoy, including a library, cafe, residents’ bar, indoor swimming and spa pool, exercise room, hair salon and beauty clinic, and all-purpose bowling green. Residents also have access to a village van for group outings, and our on-site activities coordinator organises the social calendar.

Located in the heart of the village our cottages feature open-plan living, two bedrooms, modern appliances and an outdoor living area - the ultimate in low-maintenance living as we also take care of the repairs and maintenance.
Villas
At Summerset by the Dune our warm, modern single-storey villas are designed with everything you could need for the perfect retirement lifestyle. Each villa has two or three generous bedrooms, along with one bathroom and a single garage.
Serviced Apartments
Double bedroom serviced apartment. Spacious separate living area with kitchenette. Ensuite including accessible shower, grab rails and non-slip floor with generous storage.
