Highgrove Retirement Village is located in the northern Auckland suburb of Albany. The village is close to several golf courses, medical centre and local shops, as well as the Westfield Glenfield and Albany shopping malls.
At Highgrove Retirement Village, we provide for the changing needs of residents throughout their retirement life. Our 50 one and two bedroom apartments offer a high standard of independent living. Each apartment has a full kitchen and generous living area, which opens onto either a paved garden patio or balcony. All are fitted with 24-hour emergency call buttons in the master bedroom and bathroom. Residents are able to choose from a variety of services, including meals and cleaning.
Facilities at the village include a heated swimming pool and spa, gymnasium, a dining room, club lounge, activities lounge and bar. There are a variety of activities for residents to enjoy, from group exercise classes to card games and arts and crafts. Other popular pastimes include petanque, outdoor chess, or simply watching a movie on the large screen TV.
Patrick Ferry House offers rest home, hospital, respite and day care with single private en-suite rooms and most rooms have individual balconies, two dining rooms and comfortable lounges. Residents can also enjoy a sunny sheltered garden courtyard.
