Puriri Park Village offers a different take on Auckland retirement living. Residents in our Takapuna village own their own units, with a legal freehold title, rather than merely buying a licence to occupy. This allows unit owners to benefit from inflation and capital gain.
The 45 self contained units at Puriri Park Village are set in landscaped gardens. Each spacious one bedroom home includes a laundry, practical kitchen, plenty of storage, and its own private courtyard and garden. Our units are made of top quality cedar, with concrete tiled roofs and copper nails and spouting to cut down on maintenance and keep them looking good. All homes are fitted with an emergency call system, and services such as meal deliveries are available.
Village life at Puriri Park revolves around the Community Centre, with its social dining room and comfortable lounge and library. The Puriri Park Village social committee puts together a monthly activities calendar of events both inside and outside the village, and the complex is ideally located for the local shopping centre, golf club and Takapuna beach.
