Apartments come with lift access and remote-entry undercover garaging.

• Serviced apartment: If you need assistance to maintain a level of independence, Aria Bay has 17 one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. The minimum weekly fee includes all electricity and heating, weekly housekeeping, fresh linen and a cooked meal per week. Other care and support services are available on request. • Care suite: Aria Bay offers rest home, hospital-level or dementia care in beautiful care suites. Each suite has a good size bedroom/living area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette*.
