Wattle Downs Retirement Village is located on Auckland’s Mahia Park Peninsula, on the Manukau Harbour. The village is a ten-minute drive from the Southmall Shopping Centre and just a few minutes down the road from the Wattle Downs Golf Course.

Wattle Downs Retirement Village opened in December 2015. Our 37 stylish one and two bedroom apartments have modern appliances and quality fittings. Each apartment has open plan lounge and dining areas, en-suite bathrooms, heat pumps and double glazing. In addition, all our residences will be connected to our 24-hour emergency response system. Services such as meals and laundry will also be available. Wattle Downs Care Home next door, provides residents with a continuum care. This purpose-built facility offers rest home and hospital level care, with 60 rooms available.

Residents will find a strong sense of community at Wattle Downs, underpinned by excellent facilities. We have a hair salon, community lounge, dining room and library. The activities calendar offers social activities for those who wish to take part in them. We run a regular wellness clinic by a registered nurse, offering health monitoring and professional advice.
