Sunset Retirement Village - opened in September 2015 - is situated in a quiet residential area in the Auckland suburb of Blockhouse Bay. The village is within ten minutes drive of two golf courses and a bowling club, and near to parks and other green spaces.
Sunset Village has 18 one bedroom and 45 two bedroom apartments – with ten different floor plans to choose from. Enjoy well-designed modern kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, and stylish open plan lounge and dining areas. Not only are all our spacious apartments connected to our 24-hour emergency call system, but Bupa also operates a dedicated care facility right next door. Sunset Rest Home and Hospital provides rest home, hospital and dementia care, and village residents have priority access, as well as seven days free respite care if required.
