Summerset at the Course, Trentham

Summerset at the Course is located in Upper Hutt, right next door to Trentham Racecourse. The village is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s peaceful and quiet with minimal traffic noise. The village is set in pastoral surroundings on a level site, looking out on farmland framed by the Tararua Ranges. Close to the Upper Hutt shops and just 30 minutes from Wellington central.

Serviced apartments provide independent living, with a little help on hand. Giving you the confidence that you can increase your level of support as your needs change. These homes feature a spacious separate living area, kitchenette, an ensuite, and 24-hour support nearby.

Care Suites are warm and comfortable, with space for a television, chair, and some small pieces of furniture. Once complete, will be certified by the Ministry of Health to provide rest home and hospital-level care. (Care is subject to certification, availability and eligibility criteria.)
