Summerset on the Landing

Summerset on the Landing in Kenepuru is a retirement village and aged care provider located in the premium sub-division of Kenepuru Landing. Opened in early 2023, the village centre is home to our modern serviced apartments, care rooms and suites as well as rooms in our industry-leading and Ministry of Health certified memory care centre.

Serviced apartments include a generous double bedroom, a separate living area with kitchenette, and an ensuite with a non-slip floor, grab rails, and accessible shower. Some of our serviced apartments are Ministry of Health certified to provide rest home level care.

Care rooms are spacious and contemporary and come in premium, standard, or deluxe layouts. All care rooms will comfortably accommodate a television, chair, and some small furniture. Care rooms have a three-year Ministry of Health certification for providing rest home level and hospital level care.

Life at Summerset on the Landing is peaceful and enjoyable, with a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities. The friendly and attentive care staff will keep you informed of organised outings and activities; there is always something interesting happening.

Summerset on the Landing in Kenepuru offers different levels of care including supported living, supported living plus, premium care, rest home care, hospital care and dementia level of care. (Care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.)
