Our Care Philosophy
Our philosophy is to put the resident first. Te Awa Lifecare embraces an integrated model of care and gives residents opportunity and support in their every day life. Resident centred care aims to meet and improve our resident’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing.

Our care supports residents to be themselves whilst maintaining as much independence as possible. We believe in creating strong connections and trust between the carers, residents and their families. We strive to create an environment of kindness which is reflected in the Te Awa Lifecare values.
