The care building has been designed to a 6 Star Green Star rating to provide a sustainable and healthy environment for residents. This is the second care building in the Metlifecare portfolio set to the Green Star certification at the end of 2024.
To compliment the stunning care suites, we also have beautifully created resident amenity areas including a café, restaurant style dining, lounges on both levels and a library on the upper level. These spaces offer a variety of areas for the residents to dine, relax, entertain family, and participate in activities. All care suites comes with either a patio or private balcony to connect with the outdoors.
