Arvida’s Rhodes on Cashmere community is on a journey to transform the ageing experience, so that you can always live the best version of your life. We’ve turned the traditional model of care on its head with a fundamental shift in how we provide support to residents. Now care is shaped to the person, rather than making the person fit into care.
Our new care centre offers long-term rest home and hospital-level care accommodation in fully-furnished care suites. These are grouped into homely micro-communities call households. Each household has a spacious shared kitchen and communal living area. Each care suite has their own ensuite and many have a kitchenette. The suites have been professionally decorated to a high standard.
Of all the retirement communities in Christchurch, this one has the most spectacular location on the lower slopes of Cashmere Hill.
Rhodes on Cashmere is conveniently positioned for easy access to supermarkets, local shops and numerous cafés and restaurants.
