Including two and three-bedroom villas and supported living in our serviced apartments. Our care centre provides rest home and hospital-level care, along with our industry leading memory care centre, a safe and secure environment for people living with dementia.

Summerset's continuum of care means that should your needs change, we can provide rest home-level care in your serviced apartment or up to hospital-level care in our care centre (subject to availability) from our caring and dedicated team.

Summerset at Avonhead’s village centre is the heart of our village, providing a multi-purpose community hub. Featuring spacious resident lounges and a stylish dining room and library. Along with a range of resort-style facilities including a café, bar, hair and beauty salon, indoor pool and spa. Outside of the village centre the are communal vegetable gardens, a residents’ workshop, BBQ facilities and a bowling green for residents to enjoy.
